Prohibited items
Outside Food and Beverages: For the convenience of all attendees, outside food and beverages except for water, will not be permitted inside the concert venue. However, there will be food and beverage options available for purchase at the event.
Alcohol and Illegal Substances: The concert venue strictly prohibits the possession, consumption, or distribution of alcohol or illegal substances on the premises. Any individual found in violation of this rule will be promptly escorted out.
Weapons and Dangerous Items: For the safety of everyone present, weapons of any kind (including but not limited to firearms, knives, tasers, and pepper spray) are strictly prohibited within the concert venue.
Professional Recording Equipment: The use of professional recording devices, including cameras with detachable lenses, professional video cameras, and audio recording equipment, is not allowed during the concert. However, small personal cameras and smartphones for personal use are permitted.
Laser Pointers: Laser pointers are not allowed, as they can cause harm and distract performers.
SECURITY SCREENING
All guests must show their QR Code to enter the venue. Bags will be subject to search upon entry. Please note that each ticket holder is required to sign the event waiver linked to their ticket. To help speed up the check-in process, ensure that waivers for all attendees in your group are completed before arrival.
Dress code
Please prepare for hot temperatures and limited shade. We kindly ask that guests dress appropriately—vulgar, offensive, or violent attire will not be permitted.
RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is not permitted. Once you enter the venue, please plan to stay for the duration of the event.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
There are no age restrictions for this event—it’s designed to be family-friendly!

MEDICAL ASSISTANCE & EMERGENCIES
EMTs and police officers will be on-site throughout the event. The EMT tent is located on the east side of the stage.
What Can I Bring to the Venue?
Allowed items include small bags, empty water bottles, and blankets. Prohibited items include weapons, outside food and drinks, large umbrellas, and anything that could be considered unsafe.
Will Food and Drinks Be Available?
Yes! A variety of food trucks and vendors will be on-site offering food and beverages. Please check out our website for the food trucks that will be available.
Is There Parking at the Venue?
Parking is not available at the venue. Please check out the offsite parking lots for designated parking areas and be prepared for a short walk from parking to the entrance or take our shuttle. Shuttle will begin 40 minutes prior to the event open and 30 minutes after the event ends.
Will There Be Shade or Cooling Stations?
Limited shade and cooling stations will be available. We recommend wearing sunscreen, bringing a hat, and staying hydrated throughout the event.
Are Pets Allowed?
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of trained service animals.

If you lose an item during the event, please visit the Lost & Found located near the EMT tent or contact our team at the front gate.
